Hedgerow Jelly in the Making

Today was the day of preparing the fruit for the annual Hedgerow Jelly making. The recipe includes any fruit available and this year's special ingredient is Pomegranate! (The market trader that sells us fruit for the school fruit shop gave us a tray for school and I'm using up what's left.) The other ingredients are Crab Apples, Blackberries and Rosehips.
