Sparkling!

I could not resist a shot of the rooftops and the mountains today as the sunshine is so sparkling and the light so clear. That must be because the sun is getting lower in the sky. It was 3 degrees this morning and apparently there were a few flakes of snow on Canigou which I did not see. This afternoon though it got up to about 20 degrees.

I have replaced the lock barrels on the outside doors after losing my keys. They were not too expensive so it is a small price to pay for peace of mind. Tonight, there is a fundraising dance in one of the local villages for the St George English church restoration fund and I have to say a few words in French. I never did like public speaking much in English, let alone in a second language, so I have had to give it some thought.
