Productive start to the holidays remaking the failed bumbag, hanging curtains, feeding weans on soda bread and bottling the first of this year's cider. Fresh out of the barrel it's not at it's best but it was only moderately foul. Give it a year and some more fermentation in the bottle and it might be drinkable.
