Advice to Quit a Job

I'm lucky to work in a place where I can be open with what I want to do in the future. I'm able to tell my colleagues I'm planning to leave in the next few months. They are supportive and yet at the same time they still expect the best from me at work. And, I deliver. I think a job where you can be honest benefits the worker and the company. Because of the relationship I have at work, I feel like I can come back in the future or use them as references with no negative repercussions.
