....of Wellington.
This is the view from our daughters home, not bad eh. The punga ferns are in her garden, and I've used the wide angle.
It absolutely persisted down over night, but cleared to not a bad day. We sat out on the terrace and enjoyed a summer type lunch. So lovely to enjoy the sun and warmth and taking in Vitamin D !!!
We have all just come home from a meal out. Went to a lovely Italian Restaurant with a heap of atmosphere. I so enjoyed my creamy risotto and fungi. (I usually photograph them) followed by a slice of the most divine tirimusu ever.
All the local body elections are in now, Timaru district has a new Mayor ( good choice) even though the other alternative was my neighbour just down the road, he now can go back to doing what he does best, that is a highly rated orthopaedic surgeon.
