Fur Coat

It may be well into spring but it was cold today - so this bee headed out in her fur stole (I guess one of her sisters beat her to the full fur coat). I do feel sorry for the bees when they have to be out working in this weather.

I spent the majority of today at work myself, but did slip out to attend "Coffee Club" for a hot beverage and a natter.

It's normal to sit in a cafe knitting isn't it? Someone decided that the 'club' should knit a blanket for charity. So there we sat, knitting away over our coffees and chais. Oh dear, somehow I think that gave other customers a fair idea of our ageing demographic.
