World Egg Day

Today is World Egg Day and I thought, early this morning, I'll celebrate it by having 2 fried eggs for breakfast, but what a surprise when I broke the first one, and I must mention that they are quite small eggs, and it was double yolked, but when I broke the second one and it was a double yolk as well, I couldn't believe my luck! Then Lillian decided she would like two fried eggs as well, the first one was a single and her second one produced our third double yolker for the day! Please read here, it is actually quite an interesting phenomenon! Lol!

I can't wait to use the rest of the 30 eggs in this batch bought by Charmaine yesterday! Hehe
