Village Church

Two miles east of Stamford on the road to Market Deeping, is the picturesque village of Uffington. This the Church of St Michael and all Angels. The magnificent ironwork gates are very similar to the huge ornamental gates on the opposite side of the road that lead up a statue lined grassway to where the Manor House once stood. Much too cold and miserable to go far today.
