Round Bales Still Around.

This is the farm adjacent to the street where we live.

I blipped these bales when the farmer produced them on 4th September 2013. What I can't understand is why they are still in situ well over a month later. Incidentally they are not the only ones in our vicinity which seem to have just been left.
