Staying sharp

It's what everyone dreams of. Provided everyone is me. Which they're not. So anyway, finally, in my new kitchen there is a drawer for keeping things sharp. Because a blunt kitchen knife is a lump of steel waiting to gouge you. Now a sharp kitchen knife, on the other hand, is just a tool waiting to do its job.
