Conkers

After work today I took the kids out with me while walking the dog. It was the usual 2 mile route and Alfie took his bike while Ellie had a chill out in the pram.

The route takes us past the local crematorium which happens to have oak trees outside the entrance and on passing we notice loads of conkers so, of course, I had to stop for a few minutes while kids collected a handful or so each to show daddy later. I'm not sure if there's much else we can do with them, so that'll be my google search tomorrow sorted !
