Scat Ness Sunset

After being (successfully) desk-bound for a lot of the day, wandered out onto Scat Ness to watch the sun sink slowly into the sea.

Lots of dramatic light around, but still the distant layer of cloud for the sun to dip behind on it's way down.

Skies have now cleared pretty much completely, and the aurora forecast is encouraging for tonight. We will see.
