The tour guide

Following on from yesterday's visit to the coffee shop, the wee man and I managed to hobble down to the shops today, without crutches! We may have been overtaken by several pensioners but we made it.

The wee man received plenty of complements from the neighbours today, about how dapper he looks. Grandma should be particularly pleased as he was kitted out in her hand knitted sweater and a flat cap she bought a few days ago. I think it's Grandma who had the real fashion sense.

There's been very little crawling today but the wee man did manage to stand unaided for what seemed like an eternity (it was probably only about 2-3 seconds). I know I say this almost every day but his rate of development really is remarkable at the moment. For the first time tonight, when playing with his stacking cups, he started to put them back together again, rather than just emptying then all on the floor. Granted, these are small things but they're definitely progress.
