I actually got outside into the fresh air today...all very exciting. Then I was on a roll and made it to Lidl and Tesco.

Apart from waking myself up coughing from a dream where I could not stop coughing I slept much better last night and I am going to continue to celebrate my return to health with a very large hot toddy.
