Where does this go?

I've been meaning to get a photo of this old granite arch of this for ages.
So today I got it.
I don't know what's behind it and won't go in just in case I don't come out!
The thing that amazes me is that this was probably build before Australia was even discovered by Cook.
That's why I love Guernsey, England and Europe. It's got so much more history.
