Dan's house

Woke up in Dan's spare room in Denmark Hill. This lovely book is the kind of thing his house is full of. He accompanied me as far as Oxford Circus, and i headed to Euston. Forgot how tough it is battling tube crowds with a wine over - but I've no idea how as it wasn't that long ago that I did it most days.
Worked a couple of hours in the office and was itching to go and see Martin. He's much happier at home and looks comfortable, though he's very tired. It feels like the district nurses are looking after him. Jo and the kids seem happy to have him home too.
