Feeling Pathetic

I had a great start to today; I was teaching part of a Higher Physics lesson in school and it seemed to go really well! We were looking at blackbodies and stellar temperatures, and the kids seemed to get what I was talking about, and I wasn't even very nervous.

The afternoon/evening was then spent attempting to start an assignment, and do some other questions, but it went hopelessly, hence today's title. I just want to go and start teacher training now rather than fill my brain with even more complicated physicsy things.
