We watched these young lads learning their skills at the Grandtully slalom course on the River Tay.
This was after the inevitable and necessary Espresso Chocolate at the Scottish Chocolatier's over the road. Thick hot granache chocolate in an espresso cup, to roll around the mouth and allow the taste buds to wallow in decadent joy Oh, yes!!
