what a carry on!

A group patients saw this sign on the notice board whilst waiting for the pulmonary rehabilitation class to start and was laughing about it. Naturally curiosity got the better of me so I asked what with the giggles, they pointed this out to me, which caused me to join in heheeh, but it nearly turned into a carry on film after that with me doing my best oh matron voice hahaha
