Ham Big Bread

That's what is says on the door of this little booth. It is wheeled out of a small garage every morning and this lady sits in there selling her bread. (Well that's what the literal translation comes out as. I haven;t had the chance to stop and have a try but I will make an effort one day and let you know what it really is.
