No pain No gain

Juggled things throughout the day so I could be all things to all people which is always worth it but sometimes leaves no petrol on the tank. So today I struggled with the all too familiar nagging thought - shall I or shan't I - eventually though I did go to the gym for the all important flab burn. When I left the gym though I was met with a stunning sky which is today's blip and which was worth the pain most definitely, had I not ventured that way I would have missed it for sure. So pleased with the result I can't decide which one to select lol - I hope you enjoy this one as much as I have. In the distance is Brighton Pier.
