Went walking today into Brighton, clocking up approx. 6.7 miles.. Remember the nude man on the beach the other week? Well today I saw yet another naked man on a public beach only this naked man was taking things into his own hands in full view of innocent people taking exercise with their cameras.. I was actually taking this shot when I spotted him and of course I had to capture him to share on a social media site! First of all I just thought another naked man... really! It was only when I returned home to look through my pics when I realised what he was actually doing! Those of you who are friends on twitter or facebook will probably have already seen the naughty pic..

Back to my lovely walk I feel invigorated of late and think my walking mojo is back with me I walked the full journey only stopping briefly to take a few pics and then just kept up the pace and this evening I have no aches or pains. I now know that 8 miles or more is needed to feel the ache! Hope your day went well!
