Bird food

Been to hospital for my first injection of hormone treatment to treat my PC and having to come to terms that this is going to be a long process I've lost a little bit of enthusiasm to go walking ( I'm sure this will be short lived) so it's a quick blip from the garden. Callicarpa or Beautyberry is now waiting to feed the birds.
