Grand Pier, Weston Supermare......

We traveled to Weston Supermare today by bus with Sue and Cliff, we recon it is cheaper than fuel and parking, it was for Sue and Cliff as they have bus passes but we do not.
Had a cuppa on the Pier and lunch at Yates, can't be bad.
Mrs BM had a potter round the stores and I came away with two pair of trainers, while she found a top for our cruise.
I couldn't resist a few blips of the Pier, £25M it cost in 2010 to refurbish, but they did do a nice job of it.

I have phoned Stuart today who confirmed that the roof had been repaired with substitute lead today, but at a cost.
