Said bye to the fam, including the fam who I will see in America but couldn't see off.

Sunday I spent the morning in the park with them, almost went blackberrying. Jack was even working on the bank holiday so I only really saw him on Sunday but it was fun anyway (what was I doing earlier in the week?! I am befuddled.). Went for dinner at Varsity and saw a couple of the guys I used to work with and one of my old managers, had a bit of a catch up and a couple of drinks. :)

Then back to Cryfield where Jack was staying and met one or two of the other Summer-Lifers. Jack introduced us to the German way of drinking tequila (apparently)... instead of salt and lime - cinnamon and orange! Was actually delicious. Had that weird drunkness where I didn't feel that drunk at all but the hangover crept in almost immediately. Back via Coventry this time, I think. Being back on campus was very strange. It didn't feel the same. All the other times I'd been back to Leam it was kind of OK but now I really felt like an outsider. Sigh.
