Elie after the rain

This is the view across Elie harbour just as the rain had stopped.

Unfortunately no time to get the tripod out and play with longer exposures as we were running late! So I snapped a few shots of the low cloud and mist receding and the last of the sun peeking out.

We were across in the Kingdom for dinner with a colleague of mine up on holiday from London with her four kids. A whole day on the beach in the sun yesterday balanced by a dreary day inside in the rain today.

A lovely meal in the Ship in before late drive home.

Bed time me thinks.
