Woke up at 6.15am and couldn't get back to sleep. *shakes fist at the heavens*
As a result, today was a bit of a struggle and I relied on a steady stream of goodies bought from the confectionary to keep me going.
On the plus side, today was my last day in the workshop before the week off. Got training Tomorrow and Friday. A change is as good as a rest and all that.
I'm cooking tonight so, in stark contrast to the delicious SeaBass we had last night cooked by my chef husband, we'll be having mince & tatties.
