A very 21st Century Challenge

Is it really possible to go to Ikea and not buy anything? Stopped at Ikea for meatball lunch, simply because it was on our way home. Took a wander through showroom not thinking we needed to buy anything. FatBob1962 says to better half, "I noticed the lampshade in the hall has been damaged." Better half says "lampshades in lounge don't match". "Do you think that box would be a good stocking filler for Number xxx Daughter?" (Identity hidden in case daughters read blip). Before we know it, despite our intentions not to buy, we are in a checkout queue.
