Swampy to the rescue

Very late tonight finished work at 9pm,shower,dinner and Blip done and almost midnight. This is a wooden Swamp Hen or Pukeko,during duck shooting season hunters are allowed to shoot a few of these and to cook them up you throw it in a pot of boiling water with an old leather boot,add a little seasoning and let it boil for about a week,then you throw away the bird and eat the boot. These things are tougher than an old boot and this one come to the rescue for me tonight.
