Corporate canal art...
Since the last time we were on the narrowboat, 'they' have put up some metal sculptures related to the heritage of the area. The marine used to be a shipyard where 'Kirky Puffers' were made, small coastal vessels like 'The Vital Spark' of Para Handy fame. This sculpture is (I assume - no narrative supplied) the names of some of the vessels built in this yard. I would not have included 'Kaffir' if I had been choosing, but maybe that's just me...
