Hubble bubble toil and trouble.

The taste was so good this Elderberry Jelly was worth one last attempt so I boiled it up again. I made sure that I got a furious roiling boil going then added more pectin. it done the trick and it has set wonderfully this morning. My next pots are going to be Red Pepper and Chilli Jelly for Christmas.
