Not quite sure what this entertainer(?!) was up to in Birmingham's New Street. But if you threw coins in his hat - he would stop gyrating long enough for you to pose for photographs with him.

I'm sure that if I'd have seen this 'act' as a child, I'd have had nightmares for weeks...
