Mush...room

Today went well. Got some chores done this morning and went out this afternoon. Perfect balance.
Even squeezed in a walk today. Feeling much better although still not shaken it off and Dan is feeling under the weather tonight too...
Fasted today first time in a couple of weeks ...needed too it was all getting out of hand.
Still nothing doing as yet must be soon ..
