thanks to y'all giving me some great tips yesterday, I managed to get my blip mounted ....and....it wasn't too difficult...and...I didn't slice any digits off with the scalpel.

Not entirely happy with the gloss finish. Gonna experiment/shop around for something "matter" (yes there is such a word)
