Birthday celebrations

My bestest friend's birthday today and the present was well received. I had to provide an I.O.U. for part of it as Jennifer Saunders' autobiography isn't published until Thursday - it will perfectly complete the overall present even if it is two days late. A busy day today from start to finish and then out for birthday tea and on a school night too. Can't quite believe that it is only Tuesday - hopefully the rest of the week will speed up somewhat.
