Freshly Baked

Over the past 2-3 months, I've been rediscovering the art and the pleasure of making my own bread by hand (i.e. not using a breadmaking machine!).

Here is this evening's production, my first go with the flour mixture shown beside it: Wessex Cobber from Clark's Wessex Mill in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

Off to try a little of it now...
