Señorita Sophie

Painting finished at the weekend and we now finally have a carpet on the attic stairs so that's one big tick on my to do list. As I was home I managed to get two Christmas cakes made-only 77 days to go; and have sewn a birthday present for the party C is going to on Saturday. Was also waiting in for a parcel, which according to their helpful tracking system was delivery number 40, estimated to arrive between 15.25 and 16.25. Well the van did turn up at the right time, the driver got out, looked in the back, and then drove off. The tracker then said that the driver was delayed and the delivery would be tomorrow. Argghhhhh
My mood was lifted by a visit to my friends for dinner. The children had a lovely time playing; boys with lego and the girls dressing up and playing dolls and posing for the camera.
