Madness

The ears are still blocked, and at one stage I had to upgrade my 'going mad' risk from green (probably not) to red (probably). There was a bit of a yawn-based release, but they're not there yet.

Training course at the Corstorphine Holiday Inn. I heard you can see the gorillas in the zoo from some of the rooms and was looking forward to that, but no luck. The view of the hills was good, though.
