Discovery Bottles

I have spent the day preparing for early years childminding again! I'm not planning to take on any little ones on a permanent basis but have somehow managed to pick up a lot (7) ad-hoc contracts so I need to be prepared for them, plus it means I will now be eligible for an ofsted inspection...eek!!!! My last one 4 years ago was a very traumatic experience on my 4th day of childminding! These are discovery bottles and are meant to be a sensory learning experience. I have made these three so far but have ideas for about another 20! The green one is coloured water and hama beads. The blue one is hair gel with marbles in it and the yellow one is yellow water with washing up liquid. A quieter day today...not much quieter though. I now volunteer at the Toddler group I used to take Charlotte to. After that I had to go to asda for lactose free food for one of my charges and then had a swim. I am now about to sit and get on with my accounts. That is after Charlotte gets back from youth club and I have her in bed!
