Fish Drops

Went to Bandon beach today with my Mom. The weather was pretty bad, but my Mom only gets to visit once in awhile, and she loves the beach. She lived close to the beach when she was young, in Canada, so it brings back great memories for her. She is almost 82, so I really relish the time I have with her.

I found this feather while we were walking, and got down on my knees to get the macro. I didn't think I would get back up again, but I made it. My Mom thought I was crazy. She said"Why would you want to take a picture of that?" She was surprised, though, by the outcome. She took pictures too, just of a gray beach with rocks. Beauty to her though.
