good results

I went to the local GP this morning to have my blood pressure & glucose levels checked.

Outcome - smiles all round.

I always get a good welcome there (ham sandwich & coffee today) and the assistant who did the tests was one of the squad we went to the FC Bayern game with at the end of last season.

The Blip is the road down to the surgery. A 200m walk from the house. Clearly not enough to elevate the BP!
