Chicken at the Foire in Liege

The Foire (fair) in Liege is the oldest Belgium. In 1594 the prince bishop of Liege (Erneste de Baviere) launched a yearly fair in honor of Saint Simon and Saint Jude. This fair is still being held each year in October at the Boulevard d' Avroy.
