Late Blossoms and Spring Rain

The rain finally came today! After a long, hot and dry winter, today's thunderstorm built up in the afternoon with a womderful downpour just before sunset. Such welcome relief from the heat and dryness of the last few months.

My two eldest children begin their CIE exams this week and the household routine has been altered to accomodate the event. It is such a dragged out process that takes more than a month to write six subjects, but it will pass quickly. Good luck to them both!
