So we got a kenwood mixer a few weeks ago, and I've been trying to get hang of the bread, cooking it in a tin (pizza dough has been fine) but it just wasn't working. So I decided to try a plait loaf today, so far it's looking much better. I just hope it's baked properly in the middle.
