Simple anniversary lunch

8 years ago Audrey and I married on the beautiful island of Sicily. On the 11 days we were there we went up Mount Etna, I almost got killed in a thunder storm, (well maybe not killed but it was pretty terrifying), and got married in an amazing art gallery A fantastic 8 years. Lunch today was quick and simple with a small glass of bubbles to wet the whistle!
