to have a short in the fence going around the pasture. We've gone about 2 weeks with no rain to speak of, and today it was raining pretty steadily since late morning. Got home to find out the fence charger was showing a much lower charge than it should have. So got out my rain boots and went to find the problem. Naturally, I found what was wrong at the opposite end of the field from where I started. Then, since I was already soaked, I took Riley for his walk. He doesn't care if he gets wet!
