Steel trees

This odd mushrooming structure is the University's Park and Cycle site - under the shelters are lockers which (presumably) hold bikes securely overnight so the owner can drive up, park then cycle into town. The odd thing is there never seem to be any humans in the site. It's as if cars spontanously apparate and disapparate without the agency of people. Spooky...
