Lesson number 2, Night in tonight, Carolyn popped down and taught me how to make a chicken tikka masala, tasted amazing!!!! Didn't think much of the onion bhaji, very much onion rings gone wrong! It would help if we read the recipe properly, too much Bacardi and Tia Maria !
