Beauty...

Today I met a good friend who used to work in Malawi. It was great to catch up with her and share stories.

This evening I am not feeling so good though - I think I have caught a cold..........am coughing and sneezing.

Am trying to prepare to give a talk on Malawi at the weekend - its difficult to figure out what to say in a short time and keep people interested!! I have so many photos and such a lot of stories..........
