Jonty Bankes, The Greenmantle Pub

Had the pleasure once again of going to see the fabulous Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain. Very entertaining and talented bunch - a great gig. Most likely partly down to their very talented sound engineer. (Image 10 in his gallery gives a good likeness of him).

Ended the evening with most of The Orchestra down the pub for a couple - nice to be able to say thanks for such a great gig and have a wee blether. I hope all of the band successfully escaped from the various fans who were in attendance.

This shot is the bass ukelele player, Jonte, who is also a talented whistler.....a dying art. You can hear him do his stuff here.
